Coming down to the wire!!!

Yeah so early voting has already started and voting is about to begin so don’t forget to get out there and let your voice be heard! So things been going pretty good for me, tomorrow is Halloween and dang its supposed to be off the hook!! Plus I get my son the 2nd of November, I miss his the little punk, lol. Kidding only kidding people. Got a new pic of him while he was in Ohio with his mother that she sent me.

Work is good same old I guess, but I have an interview with another company called “Bankers Life and Casualty”, not sure what they are all about or whether I am really that interested but I at least check it out. Also got a job offer from Kellogs, so that could be interesting for the brand marketing position, I went ahead and sent my resume to them. Still working on getting some things into place for my company. After I get my company ready to go I will be working only part time at the job I am right now then I will be working my company as well. Ah starting school soon to, I am actually ready excited to go to school! Kind of ironic but I actually want to learn more about marketing plus I applied to a MTV for a marketing position. Unfortunately they said the only thing that was keeping me from having the position was that I didn’t have a degree. So off to school to get that degree! Two jobs, 3/4 school sounds so overwhelming to me but I am sure I can do it so no worries!

Wow, my other companies website

So some of the updates are done with my other companies website! Interesting not sure whether or not I like it yet, it has a very blog feel and I don’t feel like a lot of the visual content is where it should be or in the right context. I like the fact that I now have complete creative control but I just don’t like the format. I don’t feel like it will be a very effective format to give the professional appeal that I am looking for. I have seen sites like this from some of the bigger companies so I guess I will just wait and see before to highly criticizing it. Wow, police brutality if I ever seen it!

So early this morning I was listening to the radio and a story was being discussed about wearing political clothing in which a McCain & Palin shirt was considered racist and another shirt with the phrase “Obama terrorist”, which caused both children to suffer detentions, either way though when I went to look for information on this I found this tape from CNN where a group of protestors tried to stop Palin convoy and police brutally tackled these people just dragging them. In one instance it even looks like a cop pulls out a weapon perhaps a baton to attack people who never made aggressive moves torward the police officers. Somewhat unnecessary if you ask me but take a look and check out the video for your self at CNN.

Problem is none of them will ever get in trouble because the higher people are going to say the situation was necessary plus they will never own up to their people doing anything wrong.

The Keating Five were five United States Senators accused of corruption in 1989, igniting a major political scandal as part of the larger Savings and Loan crisis of the late 1980s and early 1990s. The five senators, Alan Cranston (D-CA), Dennis DeConcini (D-AZ), John Glenn (D-OH), John McCain (R-AZ), and Donald W. Riegle (D-MI), were accused of improperly intervening in 1987 on behalf of Charles H. Keating, Jr., chairman of the Lincoln Savings and Loan Association, which was the target of a regulatory investigation by the Federal Home Loan Bank Board (FHLBB). The FHLBB subsequently backed off taking action against Lincoln.

Lincoln Savings and Loan collapsed in 1989, at a cost of over $3 billion to the federal government. Some 23,000 Lincoln bondholders were defrauded and many elderly investors lost their life savings. The substantial political contributions that Keating had made to each of the senators, totalling $1.3 million, attracted considerable public and media attention. After a lengthy investigation, the Senate Ethics Committee determined in 1991 that Alan Cranston, Dennis DeConcini, and Donald Riegle had substantially and improperly interfered with the FHLBB in its investigation of Lincoln Savings, with Cranston receiving a formal reprimand. Senators John Glenn and John McCain were cleared of having acted improperly but were criticized for having exercised “poor judgment”.

All five of the senators involved served out their terms. Only Glenn and McCain ran for re-election, and they both succeeded. McCain would go on to become the Republican nominee for president in 2008.

Obama McCain! Huge issue

Up to this in the presidential election I have decided to just outline information being said, enough of that. After watching the 3rd Presidential debate I am done being objective. I sick and tired of seeing nothing more than McCain sit there and bash Obama. On his tv ads, in debates at rallies where protestors regularly yelled things like “terrorist” and “Kill him”?! Who in the right mind for presidency can allow something like that to happen at their own debates then say that they are going to run the good campaign. McCain you are a liar and manipulate information for the sole purpose of winning a campaign that will support the very things you denounce.

If you look into any of their ads you Obama attacking McCains plans and budgets, however if you look into McCains ads all you see is McCain and his campaign attacking obama as a person rather than focusing what should be focused on here, the issues. This shows a lot for the type of person that McCain is and to me it is really getting annoying. While watching the debate I constantly found myself thinking “Shut the f up McCain!” because he would not let Mr. Obama finish. It is frustrating to see someone try to speak and cover issues while somebody else is constantly “Oh well he this and he that.” Screw that stick to the fricking issues.

I don’t know about everyone else but I am sick and tired of McCain. I have looked into each one of these peoples allegations and budget plans and McCain constantly tries to twist issues to suite his purposes. Take for example in McCains ads where he states that Mr. Obama wants to raise taxes. Bad right everyone would be like, “Raise taxes!” sending up all kinds of red flags but he doesn’t mention is that he only wants to raise taxes on 5% of Americas population. Raise taxes on the millionaires not cut their taxes like McCain wants to, why do people making that kind of money need help? Think about it, their already getting millions and I sure don’t see them redispersing that wealth around to help people while they stomp out what competition there maybe so the government has to because no one else the power to!

From now on I am reporting every issue and I will find the facts and post them here because the facts support Obama and because I am tired hearing all these lies that McCain brings up. The way that he fabricates all this information to try to make it look good on him.

McCain says that Obama supports billions in government spending, yes, spending on investing in our future for things like alternative energies, healthcare and education. It is the same ideal as paying for college crazy to pay that much but you have a better chance of a good job afterwards.

Bottom line Obama continually outlines his ideas, while McCain doesn’t only attacking Obama’s. Its annoying and I hope everyone that is tired of this starts speaking out in their blogs and everyother possible spot where this can be seen. If you believe the way I believe paste a link from your page to mine or copy thee entire post and put it up in your blog I don’t care but I am tired of hearing this crap and everyone needs to do something about it instead of sitting idle by!

Politics the way it should be

I was once told that 10% of Americans control 90% of the money. If that is so, that means that 90% of the population is fighting for only 10% of the pie. I don’t know about you but I see something very wrong with that. Granted people make these fortunes by being ingenious, but at the same time by powerfully controlling these assets and utilizing this advantage they stomp out others that might be able to capitalize had it not been for a dominating competitor. There are ways to level the playing field, but many times they are limited and engaging in something like this would require high amounts of capital thus requiring an extreme amount of risk. I am sorry but such a high risk makes things like this nearly impossible. No bank, private investor or anyone else for that matter is going finance a high risk client unless there are some other biased deciding factors especially not in the current financial situation we are in right now.

So what do we do to alleviate this and create a higher standard of living overall? First, I feel like the people that are suffering most need to stop being so lazy and just content with getting by. Why because we pay these politicians salaries we need to start keeping an eye on them and making sure they are performing their job in the way they swore in to perform it not just look after their needs. Instead of just complaining the people need to take a political approach most likely through protest. Believe it or not but protesting is an effective tool to battle against large scale heavily lopsided politics, but it requires a strong unification. In order to be heard and really catch the attention it must be a joint effort of the people, there is power in numbers and therein is how we level the political playing field. No politician likes bad media and will do anything to stop it especially when there’s an election year coming up.

I believe we also need to start implementing higher taxes on all businesses taking jobs overseas and raise taxes on all incoming goods as well. It is a shame we are sending jobs overseas because ultimately we are destroying our own economy. If you think about it who benefits from this huge savings usually in the production of products? Executives, corporate and people overseas mostly being the executives of those companies overseas. So raise taxes on corporate businesses that are sending jobs overseas and in addition with those extra funds either give middle class and below tax breaks and or also give companies tax breaks for staying domestic when it comes to producing. We also depend a lot on foreign products so in order to battle this we need to implement new research programs to help separate us from being dependant on foreign goods. The most notable product I think is petroleum we lean so heavily on foreign oil while we could be refining our own or finding alternative energy sources.

As far as dominating competition goes I think there needs to be stronger legislation to govern high paid people and monopolizing companies in order to keep a level playing field. At the same time I recognize these people may have worked harder to achieve this but while they live their dream they stomp out the dreams of others. Now I am not saying extreme measures but increase taxes on high paid individuals incrementally with regards to higher salaries etc. I believe that there should even possibly be caps on corporate salaries. Stronger legislation needs to be adopted in order to keep market giants from stomping out competition as well. Use higher taxes on middle market companies and above to level playing field while using that money to lower or give tax breaks to small business. After all it is small business that affects the largest percentage of companies and people in the US.

Another major topic I want to touch on that I think is killing our economy is the war efforts. First off before anyone jumps on me I believe that the war may have been warranted but I believe the deciding people made a much to hasty decision. I was fine with the war in Afghanistan, I felt it was warranted, but the war in Iraq was not! It has been the largest waste of time, money and most of all American lives! Money and time can be recovered but the loves lost can never be returned no amount of money can ever return a son to his mother, a father to his wife and child and to think that $250,000 should suffice. What happens to the widow who is a stay at home mother and has no skills but still has the bills, still has the kids. There needs to be stronger legislation to help these unfortunate people. As much as I am against the war, I am that much for the troops, they never asked to go there. You can say they signed on for it but in the end where is your heart for your people? If a person can go and die for their country, their country should at the least be able to take care of its left behind family in the least!

Wow, got a little side tracked. It is something I feel strongly on that society today has forgotten what their forefathers gave to have these freedoms. It may not seem like a big deal when you are born with them but for those overseas who can not walk around without their faces covered, those that can’t speak out against atrocities in their government for fear being killed this would be heaven! Regardless though we need to pull our troops we are in a losing battle with people who have no faces. What I mean is that we can not fight against a enemy that we don’t is a enemy and these are the tactics they are using and will continue to use. Sadly if we won the war or not I do not see suicide bombings, random attacks ever fully stopping. I think it was Plato that said, “Only the dead have seen the end of war.” We are pumping so much into a rebuilding effort while we are forgetting the rebuilding effort that needs to be done here on the homefront. We are pumping billions into a country that possess a 90 billion dollar surplus. We need to pull all funds less what it takes for our military to train them to do what we are doing so that they can become efficient and independent otherwise we will never rid of this cash camel.

Wow, so little Caylee’s mom was finally indicted!

I don’t know about everyone else, but I feel like this should have happened a long time ago. More or less she should have been held at least a week after her daughters disappearance. It has really been ridiculous to sit there and watch a mother go out there and party while she should be home conducting searches. I know if my son was missing the last thought in my mind would be partying. Anyways check out this video from CNN it has a lot of good points.

Casey is being charged with first degree murder, aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter of a child and four counts providing false information to police. Interesting enough Anthony’s lawyer tried to say that Anthony had been cooperating but she has shown that she hasn’t cooperated! If she had been cooperating then she would have simply told authorities where her daughter was.

I don’t know about you but I could understand if she said she didn’t know where child was thats fine kidnapping does happen, but then to go out and party?! Somethings wrong there people who have children kidnapped freak out and definitely aren’t thinking about their social life. To me it just sounds like a mother that wasn’t ready to grow up, maybe she thought she was but after living as a mother realized she didn’t want that and finished the only way she knew how.

In addition, Casey tried switching vehicles with her mother in which they proceeded very close to a airport then switch cars under an overpass? To me it sounds like she is trying to get away, who else does something like that. Things seem much to suspicious!

Now authorities say that they may have found a dress that they believe to be Caylee’s. Authorities will not speculate that they are necessarily Caylee’s but it resembles her clothing. It was a child size 6, some say it is similar to one that Caylee was said to have owned. For more on this…

In a press release her lawyer stated that Casey is living a nightmare?! Really why is it that she looks pretty happy out partying. I don’t know, I keep touching on this subject because it hits me the hardest and annoys the crap out of me. Somebody who really cares does not go out partying while their kids missing!!!

Lawyer Mark Nejame stated that George Anthony, father of Casey and grandfather to Caylee, had been convened before a grand jury to look into the suspicious circumstances surrounding Caylee’s disapearance. Furthermore he stated that he would be willing to testify against his own daughter should she go to trial.

Caylee disappeared mid Jun of this year but waited to tell her family for a month that Caylee had come up missing?! Who does that, if it was my son cops would be called first even before I called my parents not only that but I wouldn’t more than a minute as soon as I found out he was gone. Yes I know they say it has to be a day before you can report a missing person but screw that I would’ve lied and said he was kidnapped or something else just to get them started. Sad, very sad what mother would say things?!

So I got a call the other day and it was from my ex. Before I go any farther I should say that me and my ex currently share equal custody of our son. She lives in OH and I live in MI, I get him every other month right now. Anyways she calls me up crying. I was like, “Oh god what happened?” She began by saying she was so frustrated, hated life, etc. Then she astonished me by telling me that my son, her son, our son was a mistake?! That she regreted having him because all he does is cry. I am sorry but he is never like that with me, to be honest I think its because she doesn’t give him that much attention so he cries until he gets her attention. Right now he is one and a half. Anyways she goes on tell me that she doesn’t want him anymore and is getting pissed at him etc. I almost didn’t know what to say, I was astonished that she would ever say anything like that.

It didn’t surprise me though, the only reason for justifying her arguments were I can’t take it, he won’t stop crying and I just want to be able to go out and do whatever I want, whenever I want. It really disappointed me because I thought she was making progress in growing up which had been her failing point when we were together. It was sad, I never ever will regret my son he is the best thing that happened to me but I regret having him with her. I wished I had been more wise in my decision to have him with her, wish I had chosen my partner more wisely. Instead now he must suffer. Yes if you were wondering she is dating but that is not the problem, the other guy doesn’t have a problem with Ky and I have made very clear that he can discipline him but to never take it the extreme! Anyways its her its always been like this the wind blows and she follows. To the point that she once went through four cars within a year, not just cars but brand new cars.

After rambling for a while to me I finally interceded, I offered to gladly take him and she would never have to deal with him again. It hurt me to say it and know why she didn’t want him. How am I to ever tell my son his mom thought he was mistake. I never will, I would just tell him your mom had some growing up to do, but I know the questions will come as he grows like “Where’s mommy” and I hope I never have to hear it but I hope he never asks “why doesn’t mommy love me?” I feel like I failed him, like responsible. There was nothing I could do, I never knew how she was until after we had the child. Everything was great before we had the child and then it went to hell all of a sudden. She had the baby needed attention which mine everyday should’ve been enough but for her she was always a social fanatic and craved the approval of others and she found it by working at a bar. I am not going into it any further but I have a post about that if you want to check it out.

So anyways I told her no matter how frustrated you get Do not hit or hurt him! I have offered billions of times to just take him completely, but she always says no until now. She hasn’t fully agreed to let me take him but it would be for the best because I know they scream at each other while he cries and I am sure he catches some of it to especially when they are frustrated and he is crying because they’re yelling. Right now he goes home to her knowing ten to fifteen new words that he didn’t before but he comes back to me knowing only the same words. I once asked her “Do you ever try to teach him?” She responded thats what school is for. It disgusted me because I want my son to be the best and I don’t force him when he comes to me with a book in his hand I drop what I am doing and read it to him sometimes I can’t always but if I can’t I always go get him as soon as I can.

Plus my mother has been a pre kindergarten teacher and younger child teacher for her entire life and she constantly works with him. Its not a thing of forcing him though so don’t get those perceptions. We work with him when he wants to, if he starts whining and wants to go play we let him go play. I am not one of those psycho freaks but I want my son to be ahead and never have to struggle. Plus I am not really to worried about it cause I can already tell he is smart, he grasps things so quickly. Plus I don’t have a girlfriend nor plan on having for a long time, I am more focused on my career and getting to where I need to be to provide for his every need. I will install value into him to, he is not going to be spoiled but he will be very well taken care of. I see my father, with his current financial situation living day to day and it kills me because I can’t support my mom him and myself on my salary right now and thats why I making sure that I will always be well off now before I get to old and get stuck working some dead end job. Not me never.

So yeah, needless to say I am disgusted and disappointed that she could ever say that about him but not surprised nor mad. Its almost like she can’t help it she has always had a lack of responsibility. I am just hoping she will say take I don’t want him anymore he’s yours… It will be hard, but I’m a man and a father and I will sacrifice my social life because I don’t care I always have friends that will be there for me if I need them. It just dawned on me the difference between me and her, maturity and confidence… I have self confidence something she has never had. It seems like she is just so worried about her social life and losing her friends than her son plus maturity too.
