Jay Z fee to party crash because of economy?!

Come on people, what the heck?! Okay so I was looking on my Yahoo updates I get every day on entertainment news and there is the headline “Jay-Z to Par-tay Crashes in U.K.? Come on now, the writer tries to incite that Jay Z’s fee to party with him that is usually $50,000 is losing value citing that he offered to party for as little as $13,000 and blaming it on the declining economy?

I don’t know but this seems a little far fetched to me, to check the actual article go to this link. So yeah lets get to the real world nobody is denying that the economy is low but to insight increased headlines by throwing someone famous persons name in there with sole purpose of increasing your readership is rather lame. Check it out though the article is actually kind of funny and humorous.

Detroit Redwings Win Tonight 2-3 over the Ottawa Senators!!!

Wings post another win with Marian Hossa scoring the winning goal in overtime to cap a 5-4 overtime victory against the New York Rangers.

Wings lose a disappointing loss 4-3 against the Canucks in overtime.

Yes, yesterday 10/13/2008 Monday, the Wings pulled out their second victory against the Hurricanes 3-2. Lidstrom, Zetterberg and Holmstrom had the goals for the game and Conklin stopped an impressive 27 saves and only allowed one goal!

So not sure if anyone caught the Wings game tonight but they definitely won 2-3 against the Senators coming off of a disappointing loss to the Maple Leafs a couple of nights ago. Can’t wait to catch a game in person here soon as the season progresses. I think the wings have a lot rebuilding to do but they still have a strong team of Vets. behind them to help support them so my outlook is good. Course the its the wings so my outlook for them will always look good, guess I am a little partial!

Can’t wait till I can get back into playing some hockey, played since I was 6yrs. old grew up watching the Wings, idolized Yzerman, Fedorov, Konstantinov, Yacheslov, Kozlov, McCarty, Lappointe, so yeah maybe thats why partial. This season should be good for the Wings and myself. I am hoping to play in a mens league so that should be interesting, I will probably be putting updates on here about my own season and a few Redwings updates to so look for that!
